Job Responsibilities: 1. Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: - Develop and execute the company’s global recruitment strategy, with a focus on sourcing top-tier talent from Europe, the U.S., and other international markets. - Analyze regional talent trends and optimize recruitment channels to ensure effective candidate outreach. 2. End-to-End Recruitment Management: - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Design tailored hiring solutions for critical roles (e.g., executives, technical experts). 3. Cross-Cultural Recruitment Collaboration: - Partner with overseas HR teams/headhunters to align hiring processes with local regulations and cultural norms. - Address concerns of foreign candidates (e.g., visas, cultural adaptation) to improve offer acceptance rates. 4. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development: - Enhance the company’s global employer brand via LinkedIn, industry conferences, and other platforms. - Build and maintain an international talent pool for key functions (e.g., R&D, management). 5. Recruitment Analytics: - Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience) to drive data-driven improvements. --- Requirements: 1、Language Proficiency: -Fluent in Mandarin (must conduct interviews independently with Chinese candidates). - Fluent in English (must negotiate offers and contracts with global candidates). 2、Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of Western workplace culture; ability to assess cultural fit. 3、 Experience: - 3+ years in recruitment, preferably with multinational hiring or expatriate placement experience. - Candidates without bilingual recruitment experience must have full-cycle HR experience in large local or multinational firms. 4、 Technical Skills: - Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other global hiring tools. - Skilled in structured interviewing (e.g., behavioral interviews, case assessments).
