Roles and Responsibilities崗位職能職責(zé)
· Work on the monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate delivery of salary payout.
負(fù)責(zé)每月的工資發(fā)放工作,確保及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)放工資。
· Complete the monthly payroll related reporting & posting, benefit related changes, e.g., group insurance, CBS, etc. Monitor external service of insurance & housing fund, income tax to ensure the compliance.
完成每月薪資相關(guān)報(bào)告和過賬、福利相關(guān)變更,如團(tuán)體保險(xiǎn)、CBS 等。監(jiān)控保險(xiǎn)、住房公積金、所得稅等外部服務(wù),確保合規(guī)。
· Provide consultation, training and respond to inquiries from associates, business managers and HR peers across the organization on compensation/benefit/rewards and recognition to have stakeholders understand the policies at all levels and collect feedback for the policy review periodically.
就薪酬/福利/獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和表彰問題向員工、業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理和整個(gè)組織的人力資源同行提供咨詢、培訓(xùn)并回答他們的詢問,使利益相關(guān)者了解各個(gè)層面的政策,并收集反饋意見,以便定期審查政策。
· Support HR Manager to carry out the Annual Salary Adjustment and Performance Bonus
支持人力資源經(jīng)理開展年度工資調(diào)整和績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)金工作
· Analyze and track personnel cost to make suggestions on optimization.
分析和跟蹤人事成本,提出優(yōu)化建議。
· Compensation Strategy and external market benchmarking
薪酬戰(zhàn)略和外部市場(chǎng)基準(zhǔn)
· As lead user of HR IT system, responsible in HR IT tool application to improve work efficiency in HR area
作為人力資源信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)用戶,負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)字化在人力資源領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,提升工作效率。
Work related requirements 工作相關(guān)資格要求
1. 本科學(xué)歷,工商管理或人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. 2-5年人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),1年薪酬福利相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);制造或外資公司薪酬福利工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3. 熟練使用OFFICE軟件
4. 良好的溝通能力,快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力
5. 英語(yǔ)流利
