Main Responsibilities: ? Deliver end-to-end technical support for company products, spanning the entire cycle from pre-sales technical presentation, product selection and solution evaluation to post-sales debugging and assistance. ? Alignment with the global team to ensure that customer customization requirements are accurately communicated to the overseas project team, thereby guaranteeing on-time project delivery. ? Assist customers with on-site product installation, API interface debugging, troubleshooting, quality issue tracking and follow-up to facilitate prompt internal resolution, as well as test report preparation. ? Develop technical documentation (e.g., debugging instructions) and produce marketing materials including video tutorials. The Incumbent: ? Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of hands-on independent experience in relevant electrical engineering projects. ? Proficient in the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of linear motors; experience in mechanical design is preferred. ? Experience with 2D drafting using AutoCAD or similar software. ? Experience in 3D modeling and drafting using ProE/Creo or SolidWorks. ? Experience with electrical design software; experience with (.NET, C++, or Python) is a plus. ? Working knowledge of driver commissioning; practical project experience preferred. ? Excellent communication and rapid problem-solving skills. ? Business-level English proficiency. ? Willingness to travel as needed.
