Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business indicators, effectively control the costs; 3. Responsible for operation management of the stores in the area, assist and guide material, equipment arrangement and other emergent issues; 4. Conduct regular store inspection, find problems, develop improvement plan, and supervise implementation. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree or above; 2. 5 years’ experience of chain enterprise, 3 years’ operation management experience in coffee, tea or new retail industry is preferred; 3. Excellent interpersonal and team work skills; 4. Quick learning ability and the capacity to guide others in work.
