Job Responsibilities: - Lead the recruitment process to find and select the right talent for positions such as procurement, quality inspection, sales and operations. - Design and execute the onboarding process for new employees, responsible for producing training courseware and onboarding presentation documents, and ensuring standardization of the training system. - Organize handovers for new and old employees, ensuring smooth processes and clear responsibilities. - Establish and maintain employee profiles, performance appraisals, and bonus incentive systems. - Optimize and facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration processes to improve overall operational efficiency. - Maintain a positive corporate culture and support employee growth and team building. Job requirements: - Bachelor degree or above (human resources and management related majors are preferred). - At least 2–3 years of HR/recruitment-related experience. - Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. - Experience working in human resources in a trading company. - Experience working in companies that use international platforms like Alibaba. - Worked in human resources for companies with more than 20–50 employees. - Ability to independently conduct recruitment and staff training, design and deliver presentation documents/training courseware. - Meticulous, proactive and responsible. - Familiarity with Chinese labor regulations. 主要職責(zé)要求 ? 建立并維護(hù) 公司手冊 (Company Book),明確公司架構(gòu)、價值觀、制度和流程。 ? 建立并維護(hù) 部門手冊 (Department Books),為各部門制定清晰的SOP和崗位說明。 ? 制作 崗位說明文件 (Position Files),讓每位員工都清楚自己的職責(zé)、考核指標(biāo)和工作流程。 ? 建立并落實 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程 (SOP),保證公司運(yùn)作的規(guī)范化與一致性。 ? 管理新員工的 入職培訓(xùn) (Onboarding):講解公司制度、崗位職責(zé)及交接流程。 ? 持續(xù)支持現(xiàn)有員工,確保每個人都了解并履行自己的任務(wù)。 ? 打造一套 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、專業(yè)化的管理體系,避免重復(fù)提醒或臨時改進(jìn)。
