What You'll Do
● Oversee data security for all software systems (PMS, POS, Keycards etc.)
● Manage and maintain high-performance guest and staff Wi-Fi networks
● Oversee telephony technologies.
● Ensure minimum target uptime of mission-critical systems and rapid recovery during incidents.
● Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, backups, disaster recovery site).
● Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies (endpoint protection, patch management, firewall, VPN, MFA, PCI-DSS compliance, guest data privacy/GDPR).
● Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and security awareness training for staff.
● Maintain CCTV, door access control, panic buttons, and alarm systems integration.
● Manage relationships and SLAs with key vendors: PMS provider, internet service providers, MSPs, hardware vendors, payment processors, and system integrators.
What We're Looking for
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
● Minimum 5–7 years of IT management experience
● Strong knowledge of networking
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
● Relevant certifications highly desirable: CITM, ITIL, CISM, CISSP
● Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
● Conversational in English and Mandarin
● Strong communicator who can translate technical issues for non-technical executives
● High integrity and discretion
