Key Areas of Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for employees across multiple locations (including factories and offices), handling complex calculations such as shift allowances, overtime, piece-rate wages, and performance bonuses.

- Review and validate payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws and regulations.

- Manage payroll-related statutory filings, including individual income tax, social insurance, housing fund, and year-end reconciliation.
- 管理薪資相關(guān)法定申報(bào),包括個人所得稅、社會保險(xiǎn)、住房公積金及年度匯算清繳。
- Prepare payroll reports for management review and support internal/external audits.

- Stay updated on changes in labor, tax, and social insurance laws, and implement necessary adjustments.
- 及時(shí)了解勞動法、稅法及社保政策變化,并落實(shí)必要的調(diào)整。
- Maintain and optimize payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and collaborate with IT for system upgrades or integrations.
- 維護(hù)并優(yōu)化薪資系統(tǒng)(如SAP、Oracle、Workday),與IT部門合作進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)升級或集成。
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees, HR, and Finance teams.
- 作為員工、人力資源和財(cái)務(wù)部門薪資相關(guān)咨詢的主要對接人。
- Support HR projects such as compensation benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and annual salary adjustments.

Qualifications
任職資格
Education & Certification 教育及專業(yè)資質(zhì)背景:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)、會計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
Knowledge and Specific Skills Required 所需的知識和特定技能:
- Minimum 8 years of payroll processing experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or complex multi-location environment.
- 至少8年薪資處理經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少3年在制造業(yè)或復(fù)雜的多地點(diǎn)環(huán)境中。
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle payroll for over 500 employees.

- Experience with payroll system implementation or optimization is a strong plus.

Experiences Required 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

- In-depth knowledge of Chinese labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance policies.
