1、Plan and develop annual budget and operation targets in agreement with the management; 2、Accomplish operational targets of service turnover and profitability, workshop efficiency and productivity and customer satisfaction level; 3、Monitor daily throughput so as to meet workshop capacity and achieve the monthly target of service turnover; 4、Prepare and analyze workshop performance reports, so as to formulate necessary action plans for continuous improvement; 5、Review and analyze the service market potential and allocate the necessary resources for it; 6、Handle customer complaint and feedback with appropriate solution and follow up in a timely manner; 7、Review and analyze the parts supply performance to maintain sufficient parts availability; 8、Report technical issues to the Principal’s regional office and communicate with the Principal regarding to resolution of outstanding technical cases; 9、 Provide technical and non-technical training to relevant staff, so that service quality can be adapted to changes in the business directions; 10、Conduct regular meeting and annual staff appraisal for service staff to review overall performance and identify training needs and staff development plan; 11、Participate in the in-house quality and safety committee meetings to evaluate the performance in corresponding areas so as to formulate action plans for necessary improvement; 12、Ensure Group Policy and operating guidelines are followed within the service operation. 【Job Requirements】 1、Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience in automotive industry, in which 4 years in managerial role; 2、Experience in aftersales management; 3、Technical knowledge in motor vehicle and familiar with relevant local compliance & regulations; 4、l Knowledgeable about the motor industry of HK; 5、Experience in aftersales management; 6、工作地點在香港,要求會流利的粵語,以及基本專業(yè)的英語口語和書面語。 【W(wǎng)ork Location】Shatin / Chai Wan,Hong Kong
