崗位職責:
- Define the general rule for process management to ensure corporate administration efficiency and corporate management effectiveness on business decisions and operations.
- Organize the development and maintenance of process management platform to ensure "one single truth" of process management.
- Guide and steer the process document to be created, reviewed and released on the process platform successfully.
- Closely cooperate with department process coordinators and steer the regular updating and improvement of the process to realize Continuous Business Process Improvement.
- Internal communication of all approved process releases and organizational changes, keeping system updates on a timely manner.
- Establish and follow the process, customer and strategic orientation organization policy to ensure operation quality and sustainability of the organization.
- Coordination and alignment of overall RASIC, ensure workability of RASIC within three legal entities and their organization. Processes management with focus on process landscape consolidation (in consistence with RASIC), process release, process change management & process optimization steering if required.
- Analysis of the organization change request, provide the development and evaluation result and translation of the best scenario into organization structures. Ensure appropriate approval according to the requirements of the Organization Policy.
- Define the general principle of the TCRs (“Department responsibility definition document which includes Task, Competency and Responsibility"), clarify the unclear responsibility and include it into the TCRs. Ensure appropriate approval according to the requirements of the Organization Policy.
- Constant support for business departments to provide information about the responsibility definitions within Spotlight. Conduct yearly organization health checks in order to continuously optimize the company organization structure.

- 統(tǒng)籌流程管理平臺的開發(fā)與維護,確保流程管理實現(xiàn)“單一真實”原則。
- 指導(dǎo)并推動流程文檔在流程平臺上的創(chuàng)建、審核與發(fā)布流程順利完成。
- 與部門流程協(xié)調(diào)員緊密協(xié)作,引導(dǎo)流程的定期更新與優(yōu)化,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)業(yè)務(wù)流程改進。
- 內(nèi)部傳達所有批準的流程發(fā)布及組織變更,及時更新系統(tǒng)信息。
- 建立并遵循流程導(dǎo)向、客戶導(dǎo)向和戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向的組織政策,確保運營質(zhì)量與組織可持續(xù)性。
- 協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一整體RASIC框架,確保該框架在三個法人實體及其組織架構(gòu)中的可操作性。流程管理聚焦于流程體系整合(符合RASIC框架)、流程發(fā)布、流程變更管理及必要時的流程優(yōu)化指導(dǎo)。
- 分析組織變更請求,提供開發(fā)與評估結(jié)果,并將最佳方案轉(zhuǎn)化為組織架構(gòu)。確保依據(jù)組織政策要求完成相應(yīng)審批。
- 制定TCRs(“包含任務(wù)、能力與職責的部門責任定義文件”)基本原則,厘清模糊責任并納入TCRs。確保依據(jù)組織政策要求完成相應(yīng)審批。
- 持續(xù)支持業(yè)務(wù)部門在Spotlight平臺更新職責定義信息。開展年度組織健康檢查,持續(xù)優(yōu)化公司組織架構(gòu)。
任職要求:
- Profound knowledge of Process Management and Organization Development (preferred in automotive industry).
- Proficiency in English & Chinese (speaking and writing).
- Sound knowledge of MS Office software incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, especially excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Structured thinking and high motivation for cross-functional collaboration.
- Innovative mindset and strong level of ownership.
