? Employee leaves in system management and tracking.

? Benefits enrollment and deduction management.
員工社保等相關(guān)福利增減員管理
? Client and company audit supports.
客戶和公司審計材料支持
? Employee query answer and advice/solution provider.
員工人事相關(guān)問詢的解答
? On-site support in Chongqing for any government matters handling.
佛山當(dāng)?shù)卣嚓P(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的對接與支持
? Remote support for other sites and China overall tasks.
其他站點業(yè)務(wù)和全國性業(yè)務(wù)的遠程支持
Qualification:
任職資格:
? Bachelor degree or above, preferred in HR.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,HR相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations or PSC (People Solutions Center) process.
至少3年的人事業(yè)務(wù)流程(HRO)或人力共享服務(wù)中心(PSC)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
? Familiar with Workday is preferred.
熟悉Workday系統(tǒng)操作的優(yōu)先
? Good relationship and communication skills.
良好的人際交往與業(yè)務(wù)溝通能力
? Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Word, and PPT.
熟悉和熟練操作MS日常辦公軟件如Excel, Word, PPT等
? English skill could be workable,Cantonese is required
可進行日常簡單的英語交流,能夠閱讀日常英文郵件并回復(fù)英文郵件;要求會粵語
? Have a good mindset of customer- oriented, detail – oriented, career loyalty.
