作為合肥員工的主要IT對接人,處理日常請求并按需升級至大眾集團(tuán)IT部門
Serve as
primary IT contact for employees in Hefei, handling daily requests and
escalating issues to VW IT when necessary.
提供一級IT技術(shù)支持,及時(shí)解決用戶問題(硬件/軟件)
Provide
1st-level IT support to resolve user issues (hardware/software) promptly.
為外部用戶配置Citrix訪問權(quán)限及數(shù)據(jù)管理
Configure
Citrix access and manage data permissions for external users.
向大眾集團(tuán)IT提交硬件/軟件申請并跟蹤審批狀態(tài)
Submit hardware/software
applications to VW IT and track approval status.
協(xié)助Office工具及項(xiàng)目管理(PM)軟件的基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)維
Assist in
basic administration of Office tools and project management (PM) software.
Profile/任職要求
- 了解IT服務(wù)管理流程。
Understanding of IT service management processes.
- 2年以上一級IT技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)(必需)
2+ years’ experience in 1st-level IT support (mandatory).
- 熟練使用Office套件及項(xiàng)目管理工具(如Jira/Trello)
Proficiency in Office suites and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- 掌握Windows活動(dòng)目錄(Active Directory)和SharePoint基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)維
Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory and SharePoint
administration.
- 積極主動(dòng)、靈活應(yīng)變,能承受工作壓力
Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- 優(yōu)秀的英語溝通能力(書面/口頭)
Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal).
- 流利的中文能力(書面/口頭)
Fluency in Chinese (written/verbal).
- 會(huì)德語者優(yōu)先
German language skills are a plus.
