崗位職責(zé) ?Records and maintains personnel master data 記錄和維護(hù)員工信息 ?Enters payroll relevant data into the payroll and other related systems/tools 在薪資或相關(guān)系統(tǒng)工具中錄入薪資相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù) ?Checks correctness of the payroll data 確保薪資數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度 ?Ensures the compliance of the salary calculation with the defined pay policies 確保薪資計(jì)算與薪資相關(guān)政策的一致
任職要求: 1.Bachelor degree or above 本科學(xué)歷及以上 2.Human resource management related major 人力資源管理相關(guān)專業(yè) 3.Proficiency in office software 熟練使用辦公軟件 4.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 良好的英文聽說讀寫能力 5.Good sense of teamwork and communication skills 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)與溝通能力 6.Be familiar with and be able to use labor related laws and regulations 熟悉并能靈活運(yùn)用勞動(dòng)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
