JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Collect all inspection reports from QC and update daily recap sheet.
- Save all inspection pictures and files on share disk every day.
- Collect inspection request from supplier every day and plan inspection schedule and send to QC manager every day.
- Reminder QC take picture of new factory and save in folder
-Translate all inspection reports and related documents.
- Translate emails and communications between foreign QC managers and Chinese QC.
- Update the inspection and testing summary monthly.
- Make a bridge between company and 3rd party lab for the testing issue, compare and negotiate the price to achieve the best quotation for company, talk with lab for urgent cases.
-Give strong support to merchandiser teams to guide them to pass testing

-Make retailers protocol.
- Other task which was required.
Requirement:
- has 3-4 years' working experience in third party, like SGS, ITS, and BV. know all the process for the testing would be preferred.
- 10 years' experience USA retailers
-Work under pressure, have the sense of responsibility,
- Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.
- Good time management and communication skill;
- Ability to solve problems and developing methods independently.

Beginning as a specialty home textile retailer, we imported large amounts of products for our stores. Our products were so cutting edge that other retailers started to buy from us. Over the years we have moved away from our retail operations, but have maintained the entrepreneurial flair that gave us our start. Today our business is completely wholesale, as we operate as a major importer of high quality home textiles in the United States.We are headquartered in Edison, New Jersey and we have two showrooms. One is located on Fifth Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan’s home textile district. The other is to be found in Bentonville, Arkansas. We also operate our own 1,000,000 square foot distribution center at our Edison, New Jersey location and we lease a 300,000 square foot warehouse in Los Angeles. We also direct ship to many of our customers.Victoria Classics has three offices in Mainland China. They are in Shanghai(Cloud Nine Textiles Inc.), Shaoxing and Nantong. The employees at these sites are responsible for the production and quality of our products.We manufacture our products in numerous locations around the world, such as China and Pakistan. By doing so, we capitalize on the strengths of each.Victoria Classics is proud of a customer base that spans many diverse operations.
