Purpose Of Job:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and demand analysis to design, development, and iterative optimization.
Bridge user needs with business goals, collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, marketing), and drive product success while balancing UX and commercial outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities. Make data-driven decisions using metrics (e.g., user behavior, conversion rates).
2. Define product roadmap (short-term milestones and long-term vision). Create PRDs, wireframes (Figma/Axure), and collaborate with design/engineering teams.
3. Coordinate with dev, QA, and ops to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
4. Monitor KPIs (DAU, retention, etc.), analyze issues, and drive improvements.
5. Explore monetization models and pricing strategies. Partner with marketing to scale user acquisition and engagement. Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards tracking gross margin, inventory turnover, market share; Develop attribution models for growth drivers with monthly strategic reports
