? Be responsible for maintaining and updating standard operation procedures for pharmaceutical distribution, covering operation processes of goods delivery, returns, payment and write-off etc.
負責維護和更新藥品分銷的標準操作規(guī)程（SOP），涵蓋配送、退貨、付款及報廢等操作流程。
? Monitor general distributor performance, evaluating delivery capabilities, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
監(jiān)督總經銷商的績效，定期評估其交付能力、質量水平和成本控制。
? Track inventory levels of general distributor to ensure sufficient stock for channel demand while avoiding overstocking.
監(jiān)控總經銷商的庫存水平，確保有足夠的庫存滿足渠道市場需求，同時避免過剩。
? Coordinate with internal commercial team and general distributor to ensure the order fulfillment and on time in full delivery.
負責協調內部商業(yè)團隊與總經銷商，確保訂單履行及準時全額交付。
? Monitor Tier distributors inventory level to maintain reasonable stock and prevent overstocking.
監(jiān)控一級分銷商的庫存水平，以維持合理庫存并防止庫存積壓。
? Be responsible for sales order management in ERP, ensuring the history of drug sales is traceable.
負責ERP系統的銷售訂單管理，保證藥品銷售歷史可追溯。
? Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery efficiency, meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
優(yōu)化物流流程提升交付效率、滿足客戶期待并增強滿意度。
? Organize regularly performance review meetings with the general distributor to analyze order delivery and optimize the cooperation process.
定期與總經銷商組織績效評估會議，分析訂單交付情況并優(yōu)化合作流程。
? Coordinating with relevant parties to pass the internal and external audits.
與相關部門協調合作通過外部和內部審計。
? Performing other works assigned by management.
執(zhí)行上級交辦的其他工作。
3. Qualification and Experience 能力與經驗
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所獲資格證書
? Bachelor degree or above.大學本科以上學歷
? Major in logistics management, supply chain management, economic and trade or relevant 物流管理，供應鏈管理，經濟與貿易或相關專業(yè)
? CET-6 Certificate preferred 大學英語六級
? 5+ years’ experience on both of drug distribution and relevant supply chain management 5年以上藥品分銷及渠道供應鏈管理經驗
