崗位基本要求Accountabilities: - Provide EL service for GCL and Country customers to meet or exceed customers’ expectation; cooperate with Strategic Service Partners to complete tasks. - Provide performance report and process improvement report to Area General Manager and SPL (Service Parts Logistics) Senior Manager; assist in developing policies related with SPL; - Facilitate SPL Senior manager to develop performance evaluation indicators; manage the SPL performance monitoring, guidance and measurement actions for improvement. - SPL Initiatives Deployment & Management: sets the area tactical direction and plan for SPL; visit providers and local government regularly to keep good relationships for service quality and efficiency improvement; monitor performance of providers to ensure service quality. - Lead and direct the area SPL team in the development and implementation of logistics activities to achieve country business targets; supervise and manage all sub functions in SPL in consistency to achieve overall goals. - Clearly define department role, responsibility and performance targets for the function; plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective function. - Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets - Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance, including coaching, and conduct performance appraisal. 任職要求Skills / Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in warehouse or distribution center operations; at least 5 years’ experience in management. - Possess project management skills (full lifecycle), customs skills, internal warehouse management skills, and external logistics coordination skills. - Excellent facilitation and training skills; performance assessment skills. - Possess negotiation skills. - Excellent presentation and spoken English communication skills.
