-Manage and anchor relationship between Client and stakeholders at Zone & Market level
-Brand.com P&L Management, budget control
-Commerce Plan Development
-Point of escalation for Client and teams at the zone/ market level
-Facilitating joint governance across strategic, operational, and tactical hierarchy driving performance enabling defined KPIs
-Drive change management to ensure adoption on new key initiatives/ ACN WoW at Market level
-Run market assessment quarterly to identified untapped value opportunities
-Drive all process dissemination and overall adherence
-Organize and drive Quarterly Business review sessions ( QBR) with key stakesholders
-Conduct risks & incidents management by promptly notifying stakesholders and providing RCA
-Annual Target, Budget & Strategic Planning
-Develop building blocks for Brand.com, segmented by brand and market (monthly view)
-Understand the local market’s ecommerce landscape across D2C and key success factors for driving business growth in these channels
