Key responsibilities:
● China Timely & accurate entry order into SAP system and send order confirmation to customer, follow up related logistics in close contact with customer, salesmen and cross functional staff.
● Work with warehouse team to coordinate the shipment in bound in time.
● Effectively liaise with other departments in a professional manner as required to communicate problems and issues relating to customer services.
● Support with Quality dept to follow up quality complaint issue.
● Good communication with other team members.
● Willing to take on additional assignment.
Ideal candidate experience:
● Education Level: University/College graduate
● More than 2-3 years’ work experience in sales supporting or customer service field.
● Good English both in written and speaking
● Excellent skill of Microsoft Excel, Word. Experience in SAP is preferred.
