職責(zé)描述:
1. Business Needs Support
a. Involve in the overarching strategy formulation & firm-wide talent initiatives by contributing functional insight from HR perspective where appropriate.
b. Execute programs/projects in alignment with talent strategy through the teamwork of HR pillars within/across regions.
c. Initiate blended solutions to address specific needs from function.
2. Talent Management
a. Participate in functional workforce planning as per business priorities;
b. Conduct interview/co-interviews with candidates to input HR perspective on culture fit, etc.; (shadowing interview?)
c. Lead the new hire talk upon On-boarding for the successful talent integration and acquiring market intelligence;
d. Drive Performance Management by managing Talent movement, participating promotion penal interviews, coordinating PIP, and conducting Employee Relations Resolution;
e. Facilitate talent review based HR analytics, such as HiPo identification and low performers’ next steps, etc., by utilizing global talent standard and functional talent prototype;
f. Define, Design and Deliver High Potential Program within function or firm wide by collaboratively working with HR CoE & Learning;
g. Know and talk to HiPos to enhance their engagement & retention; Equip and Advise Coaches for HiPo’s Individual Development Plan;
h. Contribute in Talent Engagement portfolios to enhance talent loyalty and retention;
i. Conduct Off-boarding interview to provide input to function and Recruitment/C&B.
3. HR Analytics
Provide insight driven from talent life-cycle management data structuring and conceptualization, to be provided to function through robust reporting.
4. Market Intelligence
Provide advisory on talent issues to function by leveraging market intelligence collected from various channels, i.e. Recruiting, HRBP & C&B, as well as utilizing HR functional expertise, in a full scope of services.
5. Change Management
Facilitate change management in alignment with talent initiatives.
6. Leadership & Coaching Culture Cultivation
a. Advocate for employees’ needs to foster Firm Culture enhancement
b. Provide feedback to leadership for culture enhancement and pipeline build-up
7. Team Management & Development (when applicable)
a. Provide guidance & coaching to subordinates/peers on daily activities where appropriate and provide performance feedbacks to support on team members’ personal development
b. Actively participate meetings, projects to contribute on team’s development
8. Daily operation execution
Responsible for the firm's HR policies, procedures and program deployment, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the process of delivery

Minimum of 5 years of related experience, which include 3 years in supervisor or above position in MNC
- Basic competency: PC ; skilled in English; familiar with Labor legislation and mastery of relevant human resources functional operation
- Core competency: Communication, coordination, and HR management
- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and facilitation skill
- Familiar with PRC and local labor law and related regulation
- Understand what are HR 3 Pillars and understand R&R
- Honest; sympathy; fairness ;team player; reasonable; self-motivation; strong bias of commitment and action; Scrupulously abide by human resources ethics
