He/she Will be
- Troubleshoot user technical problems/issues related to
computer hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet - Responsible for timely resolution of problems or
escalation on behalf of customer to 2nd and 3rd line support teams. - Support OS installation/initialization for laptop and
iPhone and perform basic level troubleshooting - Install general software and configure ( Office,
anti-virus software and etc.) - Maintain general hardware system and set-up (relocate computers, other IT equipment, cabling)
Must have:
- Good communication skills and workable English
capability - Understanding of network concept. CCNA or HCNA would be
nice to have - Working experience in IT help-desk service area.
- Good knowledge of Desktop operating system: Windows 10
and Hardware - Basic understand of Active directory , Group policy and
scripting
