Job Description :
By focusing on technical understanding of customer needs and providing value added services in precision cleaning, the
candidate will be responsible for selling SAFECHEM solution business including
its products and the related service elements and identifying new opportunities
for unmet customers’ needs- driving profitable business growth in China.

Core Responsibilities:
Be skillful to recognizes, anticipates, and
solves customer’s problems with solutions resulting in business opportunities
and revenue growth.
To perform trainings for customers, organize seminars and exhibitions.
To achieve sales goals and objectives as derived by business strategies and marketing plans.
To develop and build relationships with internal customers
To build up close relationship with external customers and influencers in metal treatment applications
善于識別、預測和解決客戶的問題,并提供解決方案,從而帶來商機和收入增長;
為客戶進行培訓、組織研討會和展覽;
實現(xiàn)業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略和營銷計劃得出的銷售目標;
與內部客戶建立關系;
與金屬處理應用領域的外部客戶和影響者建立密切關系。

Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemistry and Mechanical. Ideally minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial B2B business technical sales environment , mainly serve the customers with the applications of metal working , metal cleaning and metal surface treatment ,etc.
Demonstrate keen technical sales ability, competence and tracked record in relevant industries of our end users is preferred.
Interpersonal effectiveness and team work are essential. Self-motivated and responsible to customers, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
Native language in Mandarin and ability to communicate in English writing and speaking.
Willingness to travel nationally up to 70% of time.
Valid driving license and frequent driver, minimum 3 years driving experience is preferred.
Primary Location: Shanghai or Nanjing
