Job Responsibilities
1.策劃及開發(fā)信用卡、卡貸款產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)功能,涵蓋線下、移動及線上申請平臺。
Plan and develop Credit Card, Card Loans products and function. Including offline, mobile and online application platform.
2.分析並提交信用卡業(yè)務用戶需求,與相關(guān)部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
Analyze and submit user requirement on the relevant Credit Card business and discuss with the concerned departments.
3.參與網(wǎng)上銀行及手機應用程式的信用卡線上功能專案,優(yōu)化用戶自助服務功能。
Engage in projects on Online Banking and Mobile App credit card online features and user self-assistance functions enhancement.
4.提案及分析新產(chǎn)品,開展競品分析、可行性研究,推進新產(chǎn)品審批流程並與相關(guān)部門達成協(xié)議。
Propose and analyze new products, conduct competitive analysis, feasibility study, and new product approval processes grant agreement to related departments.
5.負責用戶驗收測試,組織新功能/版本發(fā)佈的培訓,籌備產(chǎn)品上市工作。
Undertake user acceptance test and arrange training on the changes/new release of the product function and prepare for product launch.
6.確保業(yè)務符合相關(guān)法規(guī)要求及內(nèi)部政策。
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
7.按要求完成臨時指派任務。
Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.
Job Requirements
1.大學本科畢業(yè),主修經(jīng)濟、金融或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
University graduate in Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
2.至少3年銀行或金融行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,具產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗及知識者優(yōu)先。
At least 3 years' relevant experience in banking or financial industry, preferably with good knowledge and experience in product management.
3.熟悉各類銀行產(chǎn)品及服務運作。
General understanding of various banking products and services.
4.具備較強的問題解決能力及責任感,能在資源有限情況下優(yōu)先處理任務。
Strong problem-solving skill and responsible, able to prioritize the jobs with limited resources.
5.溝通及執(zhí)行能力突出,注重高質(zhì)量成果,抗壓能力強並能按時完成任務。
Strong communication skills and execution skill with high quality outcome, can work under pressure to complete the task on time.
6.中英文書寫及口語流利,精通普通話。
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
