Job Responsibilities
1.拓展並維護信用卡及卡貸產(chǎn)品的戰(zhàn)略合作夥伴關(guān)係,包括推動分行聯(lián)合行銷、高頻消費場景(如交通、餐飲、教育等)、零售品牌、電商品牌等合作,深化業(yè)務協(xié)同與資源共用。
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships for credit card/loan products, including joint marketing with branch networks, high-frequency consumption scenarios (e.g., transportation, dining, education), retail brands, and e-commerce brands, to drive business synergy and resource integration.
2.策劃並落地行業(yè)合作方案,設(shè)計聯(lián)合產(chǎn)品、聯(lián)合行銷活動或權(quán)益體系,提升客戶粘性與品牌價值。
Design and implement cross-industry collaboration programs, including co-branded products, joint campaigns, and loyalty benefits to enhance customer engagement.
3.分析市場趨勢及潛在合作機會,挖掘高價值行業(yè)夥伴,完成合作可行性評估及商業(yè)談判。
Analyze market trends and identify partnership opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and lead commercial negotiations.
4.管理合作專案全生命週期,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源(產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)、法務等),確保合作高效落地並達成業(yè)務目標。
Manage end-to-end partnership projects, coordinate internal/external resources (product, tech, legal) to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.
5.監(jiān)控合作專案效果,定期輸出數(shù)據(jù)分析報告,優(yōu)化合作模式並探索創(chuàng)新合作場景(如金融科技、場景化消費等)。
Monitor partnership performance, generate insights-driven reports, and innovate collaboration models (e.g., fintech integrations, scenario-based consumption).
6.確保合作符合監(jiān)管政策及內(nèi)部合規(guī)要求,把控合作風險並維護公司利益。
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, mitigate risks, and safeguard company interests.
7.協(xié)助完成跨部門協(xié)作任務及其他臨時性工作。
Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
1.本科及以上學歷,金融、經(jīng)濟、市場行銷、商業(yè)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2.3年以上金融/消費行業(yè)合作拓展、商務談判或戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗,有信用卡/消費金融合作案例者優(yōu)先。
Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, business negotiation, or strategic planning in finance/consumer sectors; credit card/fintech collaboration experience is a plus.
3.精通合作模式設(shè)計與資源整合,具備商業(yè)敏感度與數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,熟悉合作專案全流程管理。
Proficient in partnership design and resource integration, with strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
4.出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與談判能力,能獨立推動複雜專案並協(xié)調(diào)多利益相關(guān)方。
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex projects.
5.對市場趨勢及行業(yè)生態(tài)有深刻洞察,具備創(chuàng)新思維與快速學習能力。
Deep understanding of market trends and industry ecosystems, with innovative thinking and adaptability.
6.中英文書寫及口語流利,精通普通話。
