* Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
* Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
* Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
* Provide HR policy guidance
* Screen and select applicants for interviews, conduct employment interviews and make recommendations to line managers for further assessments
* Liaise with line managers to identify their staffing needs and recommends effective solutions to facilitate them achieving business targets
* Source appropriate recruitment channels to fulfill the recruitment needs, including preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing appropriate effective recruitment agencies
* Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested
