主要職責和基本職能:
1、為零售和數(shù)字接觸點的各個產(chǎn)品制定和管理跨職能的產(chǎn)品營銷策略和執(zhí)行;
2、協(xié)助制定市場戰(zhàn)略,包括包裝和面向消費者的營銷資產(chǎn)和活動,以有效地向全球受眾推出產(chǎn)品;
3、通過各種溝通渠道,包括項目管理、溝通簡報、內(nèi)容創(chuàng)建、創(chuàng)意評審和數(shù)字貨架準備,確保我們在端到端流程中實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品發(fā)布前的關鍵里程碑;
4、與品類、社交媒體、電子商務、銷售和銷售計劃合作,確定活動成功指標。衡量和報告產(chǎn)品發(fā)布的有效性,并根據(jù)結果調(diào)整未來的活動;
5、與內(nèi)部內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)意和業(yè)務部門團隊合作,開發(fā)創(chuàng)意資產(chǎn)和內(nèi)容,包括數(shù)字貨架內(nèi)容、廣告、社交/社區(qū)建設、網(wǎng)紅營銷、公關和零售體驗;
6、敏銳地意識到競爭對手的產(chǎn)品發(fā)布策略和戰(zhàn)術,以確保我們的產(chǎn)品上市計劃是強有力的;
7、與區(qū)域銷售團隊合作,了解區(qū)域/當?shù)刂С之a(chǎn)品發(fā)布的需求;
8、分配的其他職責。
資格和經(jīng)驗
1、多年電子商務、數(shù)字營銷或在線銷售策略經(jīng)驗。
2、有消費品包裝(CPG)或零售電子商務環(huán)境經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
教育與技能
1、需要市場營銷、商業(yè)或相關領域的學士學位或同等經(jīng)驗;
2、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布體驗;
3、高級管理層和零售商演示文稿的強大演示技巧;
4、強大的組織、分析和寫作能力。
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1、Create and manage cross-functional product marketing strategies and execution for respective products across retail and digital touchpoints .
2、Assist in developing go-to-market strategy including packaging and consumer-facing marketing assets and campaigns to effectively launch product to a global audience .
3、Ensure we achieve key milestones within our End To End process leading up to a product launch through a variety of communication channels including project management, communication briefs, content creation, creative reviews and digital shelf readiness.
4、In partnership with the category, social media, ecommerce, sales and sales planning, determine campaign success metrics. Measures and reports on product launch effectiveness and adapt future campaigns based on results.
5、Collaborate with internal Content, Creative, and Business Unit teams to develop creative assets and content including digital shelf content, advertising, social/community building, influencer marketing, PR and retail experiences.
6、Be keenly aware of competitive product launch strategies and tactics to ensure our product go to market plan is strong.
7、Work with regional sales teams to understand regional / local needs to support product launches.
8、Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1、Years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales strategies.
2、 Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail ecommerce environment preferred.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
1、Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related area is required or equivalent experience.
2、Product launch experience.
3、Strong presentation skills for senior management and retailer presentations.
4、Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
