? Technical education
技術類相關教育背景（中專 / 大專及以上學歷優(yōu)先）
? Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
能夠閱讀并理解電子原理圖
? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and technical standards
能夠閱讀并解讀技術圖紙及技術標準
? Communicative English, both spoken and written
具備溝通級英語能力（聽說讀寫）
? Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of production machinery
掌握生產設備的工作原理及維修知識
? PLC programming skills
具備 PLC 編程技能
? Readiness to work in shifts
愿意接受倒班制工作
加分項（Additional Assets）
? Experience in commissioning and repairing automation systems equipped with robots
具有機器人自動化系統調試及維修經驗
? Ability to program robots
具備機器人編程能力
? Familiarity with TestStand software

崗位職責（Job Description）
? Apply knowledge of technology and construction documentation requirements for ongoing projects
運用技術知識及結構文件要求，支持在執(zhí)行項目的推進
? Participation in preparing programs for SMT machines (e.g., P&P machines, AOI, SPI vision systems, X-Ray, reflow ovens, screen printers, lasers, PCBA milling machines)
參與 SMT 設備程序編制（如：貼片機、自動光學檢測設備、3D 錫膏檢測設備、X 射線檢測設備、回流焊爐、絲印機、激光設備、PCB 線路板銑床等）
? Implement and supervise program changes on SMT machines to conform to the current version of the product documentation
執(zhí)行并監(jiān)督 SMT 設備程序變更，確保符合產品文件的最新版本要求
? Supervise SMT machine parameter control
負責 SMT 設備參數的監(jiān)控與管理
? Optimize the production process
優(yōu)化生產工藝流程
? Check the correctness of the PCB assembly for compliance with the construction documentation
檢驗 PCB 組裝的準確性，確保符合結構文件要求
? Troubleshoot production problems
解決生產過程中出現的技術故障
? Supervise and apply 5S principles at the workplace
監(jiān)督并在工作場所推行 5S 管理規(guī)范
? Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
確保嚴格遵守健康與安全相關規(guī)定
