SMT Engineer / SMT 工程師 1人 （要求英語口語表達流暢，可獨立參加英文面試）
Requirements:
? Higher technical education
? Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and technical standards
? Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
? Authorization to work on live equipment up to 1kV (equivalent to SEP authorization up to 1kV in force in Poland)
? Availability and willingness to travel, onboarding at the company's headquarters in Poland
? Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of production machinery
? PLC programming skills
? Readiness to work in shifts
Additional Assets:
?Experience in commissioning and repairing automation systems equipped with robots.
?Ability to program robots.
?Familiarity with TestStand software.
Job description:
? Implement the Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy adopted by the company
? Execute tasks in the area of SMT production
? Apply knowledge of technology and construction documentation requirements for ongoing projects
? Prepare programs for SMT machines (e.g., P&P machines, AOI, SPI vision systems, X-Ray, reflow ovens, screen printers, lasers, PCBA milling machines)
? Implement and supervise program changes on SMT machines to conform to the current version of the product documentation
? Supervise SMT machine parameter control
? Optimize the production process
? Train personnel working on the production line
? Check the correctness of the PCB assembly for compliance with the construction documentation
? Troubleshoot production problems
? Supervise and apply 5S principles at the workplace
? Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
【具備富士Fuji貼片機、操作經(jīng)驗，編程經(jīng)驗的尤佳;
熟悉AOI（自動光學(xué)檢測）和SPI（串行外設(shè)接口）檢測尤佳；
