Your Responsibilities - Management of global People Development, including the development of a training and personnel development strategy - Development of integrated measures for talent promotion, succession planning and leadership development - Planning, execution and support of personnel conferences at group level - First point of contact for managers and employees regarding talent management processes at Carcoustics - Reporting of relevant KPIs - Process responsibility for global P&C core processes, including the digitalization of processes in SAP SuccessFactors - Active support in the implementation of global HR projects Your Profile - Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR Management or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in People Development, ideally in an internationally operating company - Knowledge in talent identification, personnel development, performance management and recruiting - Knowledge in process digitalization with SAP SuccessFactors - Experience in project management and workshop facilitation - Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
