硬裝項(xiàng)目裝修管理住宅地產(chǎn)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)辦公地產(chǎn)裝飾裝修工程施工
崗位職責(zé)：
1、 協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理和協(xié)調(diào)工作；
2、 協(xié)助建立質(zhì)量檢查工作臺(tái)賬，負(fù)責(zé)填寫質(zhì)檢資料和施工日記；
3、 協(xié)助現(xiàn)場檢查，隨時(shí)掌握本工程質(zhì)量情況，對(duì)不符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況，匯報(bào)上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；
4、 協(xié)助建筑項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理和協(xié)調(diào)工作每日向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)通報(bào)各有關(guān)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量檢查結(jié)果，對(duì)存在的質(zhì)量問題和安全問題提出改善意見，并追蹤各項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量，檢查質(zhì)量問題整改完成情況；
5、 協(xié)助工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收，配合節(jié)點(diǎn)驗(yàn)收工作，節(jié)點(diǎn)驗(yàn)收通知到相關(guān)責(zé)任人，并按照相關(guān)要點(diǎn)驗(yàn)收；
6、 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行樣品核查、簽樣的樣品管理，文件歸檔；
7、 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)；
任職資格：
1、 本科或以上學(xué)歷，建筑工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、 能快速學(xué)習(xí)裝飾裝修工程工藝流程、施工規(guī)范及驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3、 具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和責(zé)任心；
4、 具有良好的粵語溝通能力優(yōu)先考慮；
5、 具備在香港工作的條件；
