崗位職責：
1.為ESG經理提供持續(xù)支持，協助ESG倡議、可持續(xù)性報告、審計和客戶篩選；供應商和承包商的ESG評估。
Provide continuous assistance to the ESG
Manager for ESG initiatives, sustainability reporting, audits, and screenings
by customer, supplier, and contractor ESG evaluation.
2.監(jiān)控并確保遵守國際金融公司（IFC）績效標準以及其他國家和國際環(huán)境與社會可持續(xù)性標準。
Monitor and ensure compliance with the
IFC’s Performance Standards and other national and international standards for
environmental and social sustainability.
3.分析整個產品或服務生命周期中的資源消耗、廢物產生和排放。
Analyze resource consumption, waste
generation, and emissions throughout the entire product or service life cycle.
4.進行生命周期評估
Responsible for conducting life cycle
assessment.
5.廢物管理（推動循環(huán)經濟實踐）
Waste management (Promote circular economy
practices).
6.制定培訓項目，以提升當地在相關領域的能力。
Develop training programs to build local
capacities in respective areas.
7.參與供應商和承包商的環(huán)境與社會評估。
Participate in supplier and contractor
E&S evaluation.
8.建議改進措施，以減少環(huán)境足跡并支持可持續(xù)運營。
Recommend improvements to reduce the
environmental footprint and support sustainable operations.
9.評估并跟蹤ESG數據以及報告中的透明度
Evaluate and track the ESG data and
transparency in reporting.
10.為各部門提供ESG整合的指導
Provide guidance to departments for ESG
integration.
11.根據國際金融公司（IFC）/世界銀行集團（WBG）要求和國際最佳實踐，建立、實施并持續(xù)改進生物多樣性政策和管理體系。
Establish, Implement and continuously
improve biodiversity policy and management system as per IFC/WBG requirements
and international best practices.
12.評估和管理運營對生物多樣性的影響，包括生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、瀕危物種和棲息地。
Assess and manage the impacts of operations
on biodiversity, including ecosystems, endangered species, and habitats.
