日常管理職責：
Routine Job Responsibility:
1.To coordinate with PJM and prepare the operational project budget of the vessel and check the related application..
輔助項目經(jīng)理并準備項目預算和申請單審核。
2.Assigning cost center and codes for the various charges
給不同費用分配項目附屬代碼。
3.Capturing and monitoring of costs of individual projects. Keep track of expenditure of the assigned project through the SCRs/MPRs raised.
管控不同項目的成本預算并跟蹤項目材料的費用。
4.Monitor the Project Progress and look into areas where cost may exceed budget. To work with PJM in identifying additional costs incurred that are attributable to vendors and claim accordingly.
管控項目生產流程并關注項目預算外的費用增補；協(xié)作項目經(jīng)理核實因供應商而造成的預算外費用并進行合理分配。
5.Provide feedbacks to Commercial on the accuracy of the cost estimates for the projects under construction.
將項目預算外的費用發(fā)生之處反饋給商務部。
6.Follow the delivery of individual projects.
跟蹤項目設備等關鍵節(jié)點而引發(fā)的違約金。
7.Capturing variation orders for projects and liaising with Projects to charge Owners accordingly.
掌握項目計劃的變更及時作出相應調整。
8.Prudent in the use of budget and assertive in controlling project cost.
節(jié)約預算使用和控制項目成本。
9.Maintain the confidentiality of all information
確保所有信息的保密性。
10.Consolidate MPRS for the various projects and present to PJM.
整合不同項目的資源并匯報給項目經(jīng)理。
