高等教育機構(gòu)公關(guān)策劃校園宣發(fā)輿情監(jiān)測
一、崗位職責:
1. 教育機構(gòu)合作與社區(qū)融入:
負責與中小學(xué)等教育機構(gòu)開展交流合作,策劃并執(zhí)行各類體驗活動,展示高等教育優(yōu)勢,提升社區(qū)對大學(xué)的認知與認同。
2. 公關(guān)活動策劃與執(zhí)行:
組織開放日、社區(qū)活動、品牌體驗活動等,協(xié)調(diào)資源,確保活動順利實施并達到傳播目標。
3. 宣傳內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作: 負責部門對內(nèi)外宣傳工作,包括新聞稿撰寫、宣傳文案、PPT制作、活動攝影及宣傳品設(shè)計。
4. 部門行政事務(wù)執(zhí)行: 承擔部門日常行政事務(wù),包括會議保障與記錄、采購與報銷流程處理、文件資料管理及內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)工作。
5. 輿情監(jiān)測與危機協(xié)助:
監(jiān)測相關(guān)輿情,協(xié)助制定與執(zhí)行公關(guān)應(yīng)對預(yù)案。
6. 其他任務(wù): 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。
1. Educational Institution Collaboration & Community Engagement: Develop and maintain partnerships with primary and secondary schools and other educational institutions; plan and execute experiential activities to showcase the advantages of higher education and enhance community awareness and engagement.
2. PR Event Planning & Execution: Organize open days, community events, brand experience activities, etc.; coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation and achievement of communication objectives.
3. Publicity Content Creation: Responsible for the department’s internal and
external communications, including drafting press releases, promotional copy,
PPT preparation, event photography, and promotional material design.
4. Departmental Administrative Execution: Undertake daily administrative tasks for the department, including meeting support and minute-taking, processing procurement and reimbursement procedures, document management, and internal/external liaison.
5. Public Opinion Monitoring & Crisis Support: Monitor relevant public opinion trends and assist in developing and executing PR response plans.
6. Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by leadership.
二、任職要求:
學(xué)歷要求:
本科及以上學(xué)歷,新聞傳播學(xué)、公共關(guān)系、教育學(xué)、中文、市場營銷、設(shè)計類或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
專業(yè)要求:
不限,新聞傳播類、公共關(guān)系、教育學(xué)、設(shè)計、中文等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
語言要求:
具備優(yōu)秀的中英文書面及口頭表達能力,能獨立撰寫新聞稿、宣傳文案及對外溝通材料。
其他要求:
1. 工作經(jīng)驗: 具備3年以上公共關(guān)系、品牌傳播、教育機構(gòu)合作或高校宣傳相關(guān)經(jīng)驗;有活動策劃、內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作或社區(qū)合作項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2. 核心能力: 熟悉媒體運作與公關(guān)策略,具備良好的視覺表達能力(如PPT設(shè)計、宣傳材料設(shè)計、基礎(chǔ)攝影);能獨立完成文案、設(shè)計與活動執(zhí)行。
3. 職業(yè)素養(yǎng): 具備較強的跨機構(gòu)溝通能力與社區(qū)服務(wù)意識;細致負責,能適應(yīng)彈性工作安排。
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Public Relations, Education, Chinese Language, Marketing, Design, or related fields preferred.
Major Requirements:
No restrictions, though degrees in Journalism, Public Relations, Education, Design, Chinese Language, or related fields are preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently drafting press releases, promotional copy, and external communication materials.
Others:
1. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in public relations, brand communication, educational institution collaboration, or university publicity. Experience in event planning, content creation, or community partnership projects is preferred.
2. Core Competencies: Familiar with media operations and PR strategies; possesses good visual communication skills (e.g., PPT design, promotional material design, basic photography); able to independently handle copywriting, design, and event execution.
3. Professional Qualities: Strong cross-institutional communication skills and community service awareness; detail-oriented and responsible; flexible to accommodate work arrangements as needed.
