品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)融媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)新媒體平臺(tái)資源移動(dòng)APP平面媒體數(shù)據(jù)分析文案撰寫高校資源媒體發(fā)布
一、 崗位職責(zé)
1. 制定符合大學(xué)品牌調(diào)性的社交媒體內(nèi)容策略和發(fā)布計(jì)劃,提升用戶互動(dòng)及品牌曝光。
2. 創(chuàng)作全媒體中英文文章/帖子及圖片、視頻等內(nèi)容,用于微信公眾號(hào)、小紅書、微博、視頻號(hào)等,以及********, ********, Instagram等國(guó)外社交媒體。
3. 追蹤熱點(diǎn)事件,結(jié)合品牌需求策劃傳播活動(dòng),提升內(nèi)容傳播力。
4. 拓展媒體、KOL及社群資源,分析廣告投放效果,優(yōu)化推廣策略。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)大學(xué)中英文新聞報(bào)道、采訪,撰寫各類宣傳文案。
6. 定期復(fù)盤內(nèi)容傳播數(shù)據(jù),關(guān)注行業(yè)趨勢(shì)及平臺(tái)算法變化,及時(shí)更新運(yùn)營(yíng)策略。
7. 協(xié)助大學(xué)宣傳視頻的創(chuàng)意策劃與拍攝剪輯。
8. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。
1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the university's brand identity to enhance user engagement and brand visibility.
2. Create high-quality, bilingual (English/Chinese) content, including articles, posts, images and videos, for platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, ********, ******** and Instagram.
3. Monitor trending topics and leverage them to plan impactful communication campaigns.
4. Formulate and implement communication plans, expand partnerships with media and social media influencers, and optimize promotional strategies based on performance analysis.
5. Produce bilingual news reports, interviews and promotional materials to support the university's communication objectives.
6. Analyze content performance metrics, stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes, and refine operational strategies accordingly.
7. Assist in the creative planning, production, and editing of university promotional videos.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
二、 任職要求
最低學(xué)歷要求:碩士(優(yōu)秀者可放寬至本科)
專業(yè)要求:新聞、傳媒、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、公關(guān)等相關(guān)專業(yè)
語言要求:具有扎實(shí)的中英文寫作功底,表達(dá)清晰,文筆流暢
其他:
(1)熟悉微信公眾號(hào)、小紅書、微博、********、********、抖音、視頻號(hào)等運(yùn)營(yíng)生態(tài),熟練使用微信公眾號(hào)排版編輯器;
(2)具備日常新聞?wù)掌臄z和社交媒體圖片設(shè)計(jì)技能;
(3)能夠產(chǎn)出創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)方案并推動(dòng)執(zhí)行,擅長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析和挖掘,提升宣傳活動(dòng)效果;
(4)具有全局意識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力,注重細(xì)節(jié),有良好的溝通能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
Educational background: Master's degree;
Bachelor's considered for exceptional candidates
Major: Journalism, Media, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields
Language preference: Strong writing skills in English and Chinese
Others:
1. Proficient in social media operations.
2. Skilled in photography for news coverage and image design.
3. Ability to develop promotional campaigns; adept at data analysis to improve outcomes.
4. Open-minded, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team player.
