Jon Responsibilities:
崗位職責(zé):
  1. Draft, review, and revise a variety of contracts, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and supplier agreements. Ensure clarity,completeness, and protection of the company's interests.
    起草、審核并修訂各類合同,包括但不限于主服務(wù)協(xié)議、采購訂單、保密協(xié)議及供應(yīng)商協(xié)議。確保合同條款清晰、完整,并保障公司利益。
  2. Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain teams) and external suppliers. Facilitate and support contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms on pricing, delivery, service levels, and risk allocation.
    作為內(nèi)部利益相關(guān)者(如采購、法務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈團隊)與外部供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)鍵聯(lián)絡(luò)人。協(xié)助并支持合同談判,以在價格、交付、服務(wù)水平及風(fēng)險分擔(dān)方面達成有利條款。
  3. Identify potential contractual risks and liabilities. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws. Flag non-standard terms and propose mitigation strategies.

  4. Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking system. Manage key milestones (e.g., renewals, amendments, terminations). Ensure timely execution, proper filing, and easy retrieval of all contract documents.

Qualifications:
任職要求:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Contract Specialist, Contract
    Administrator, or in a similar role within a procurement, legal, or supply chain function.
    至少3年以上合同專員、合同管理員或采購、法務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈職能內(nèi)相關(guān)崗位的可靠工作經(jīng)驗。
  3. Strong background in supply chain operations, with a clear understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics.
    具備供應(yīng)鏈運營扎實背景,清晰理解采購流程、供應(yīng)商管理及物流。
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CET-6 or equivalent proficiency preferred), with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts professionally in English.
    優(yōu)秀的英文書面及口頭溝通能力(大學(xué)英語六級或同等水平尤佳),能夠?qū)I(yè)地進行英文合同起草、審核與談判。
  5. Solid understanding of contract law principles and common commercial terms. Familiarity with relevant regulatory environments is a plus.

  6. High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
