Job Description: 1. Oversee the entire process of new store construction, including but not limited to site survey and evaluation for new stores, supervision of the construction process, acceptance inspection and handover; 2. Optimize resources of construction and equipment suppliers, control the construction budget; 3. Responsible for store handover process with operation team; 4. Ensure that the construction complies with fire safety and building relations, coordinate the renovation and maintenance needs of existing stores. Job Requirement: 1. College Degree or above, major in Engineering Management, Architecture and other related fields are preferred; 2. More than 3 years’construction experience in chain catering stores is preferred; 3. Strong ability to work under pressure, and proficient in efficient cross-departmental communication and coordination.
