Functional Responsibilities: ? Organize the shipping process and control shipments by all modes of transport, including documentation (routes: Europe-China, within China, China-Russia (Sakhalin)) ? Market research, analysis of carriers, search for new carriers ? Interaction with supply chain for determining HS codes for materials ? Liaison with customs authorities in China/Russia ? Develop optimal logistics schemes for the delivery of sanctioned goods ? Prepare labels according to the importer's country requirements and organize their application on the cargo ? Interaction with Chinese government bodies regarding logistics ? Contract management, invoicing and payment control, working with accounts receivable and payable ? Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities.
Work Experience: ? At least 2 years. Key Professional Skills and Competencies: ? Experience with cargo transshipment from transit free zones ? Experience in transporting branded spare parts for construction machinery from China to Russia ? Experience in transporting construction machinery within China from the sender to the port of shipment (both assembled and disassembled) ? Knowledge of documentation for customs clearance in China and Hong Kong, and basic certification processes in China (origin certificates) ? Knowledge of the international transport market ? Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel.
Education: ? Higher education (preferably in logistics, international trade, customs) ? Relevant certification or additional training is an advantage.
Language Proficiency: ? English language at least C1 level ? Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
