About Charms: Charms Industries is a fast-growing apparel and export company with offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, supplying major international retailers across the US, UK, and Asia. We are expanding our Guangzhou merchandising team to support ongoing client growth. Responsibilities: · Support senior merchandisers in daily communication with factories, sometimes overseas buyer) · Follow up on sample development, order progress, and quality control schedules. · Coordinate with suppliers for material sourcing, price quotes, and delivery timelines. · Prepare production sheets, shipping documents, and packaging details. · Track order status and resolve production/delivery issues promptly. · Maintain accurate records and assist with internal reporting.
Requirements: · 1–2 years’ experience in garment merchandising or export trading. · Good understanding of garment production processes, fabrics, and trims. · Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus). · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP/data entry. · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. · Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
