職位名稱:高級人力資源經(jīng)理(兼職) 工作地點:遠程 匯報對象:CEO 工作時長:每周約15-20小時 核心使命:建立基礎(chǔ)的人力資源基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,改善團隊凝聚力,并為快速發(fā)展的全球采購公司建立績效管理體系。 關(guān)鍵職責(zé): 1. 績效管理:設(shè)計并實施與清晰關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI)和職業(yè)發(fā)展掛鉤的年度/半年度績效評估流程; 2. 薪酬與激勵:審查和重組薪酬和福利體系,確保合規(guī)性,并設(shè)計激勵計劃以提高生產(chǎn)力(特別是采購團隊); 3. 團隊凝聚力與文化:制定團隊建設(shè)和文化融合(中國團隊與國際管理層)的倡議,培養(yǎng)積極專注的工作環(huán)境; 4. 培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展:建立結(jié)構(gòu)化的入職培訓(xùn)和持續(xù)培訓(xùn)計劃,確保團隊采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作流程(SOP); 5. 人力資源指導(dǎo):為現(xiàn)有的內(nèi)部人力資源代表提供直接指導(dǎo)和專業(yè)發(fā)展輔導(dǎo)。 KPI:員工保留率;績效評估的及時性和質(zhì)量;新激勵結(jié)構(gòu)的成功實施。 任職要求:7年以上遞進式人力資源經(jīng)驗,具備在中國管理或咨詢外商獨資企業(yè)(FOE)的經(jīng)驗;證明能夠從頭開始建立結(jié)構(gòu)化的人力資源系統(tǒng);深入了解當(dāng)?shù)刂袊鴦趧臃ê蛧H人力資源最佳實踐;英語流利是強制要求。 Job Title: Senior HR Manager (Part-Time) Location: Remote Reporting To: Company Owner Commitment: Approx. 15-20 hours per week Core Mission: To build the foundational HR infrastructure, improve team cohesion, and establish performance management systems essential for a fast-paced global sourcing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management: Design and implement a structured annual/biannual performance review process linked to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and career growth; 2. Compensation & Incentives: Review and restructure the compensation and benefits package, ensuring compliance and designing incentive programs that drive productivity (especially for the sourcing team); 3. Team Cohesion & Culture: Develop initiatives for team building and cultural integration (China team vs. international management) to foster a positive and focused work environment; 4. Training & Development (L&D): Build structured onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure the team adopts standardized operating procedures (SOPs); 5. HR Mentorship: Provide direct guidance and professional development coaching to the current internal HR representative. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Employee retention rates; Timeliness and quality of performance reviews; Successful implementation of the new incentive structure. Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience managing or consulting for a foreign-owned enterprise (FOE) in China; Demonstrated success in building structured HR systems from the ground up; Strong understanding of local Chinese labor laws and international HR best practices; Fluent English is mandatory.
