Hotel General Manager Recruitment (Southeast Asia) Company: Green Hotel Group Location: China (specific city TBD) Job Type: Full-time expatriate position Key Responsibilities: Strict Implementation of Brand Standards: Oversee daily hotel operations in strict accordance with Green Hotel Group’s brand standards and operational guidelines, ensuring all service processes and quality align with group requirements. Execution of Financial Budget: Implement the group’s annual financial budget, monitor departments to achieve revenue and profit targets, and ensure financial goals are met. Team Building and Management: Lead hotel team development, optimize organizational structure, and ensure efficient and rational staffing. Oversee employee training to enhance service quality and staff competency in line with group standards. Supervise key personnel changes to maintain team stability and execution capability. Operational Oversight: Ensure the hotel adheres to group operational standards across departments, including F&B, housekeeping, and front office. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities to meet group safety and quality standards. Implement hotel safety protocols to mitigate operational risks. Public Relations Maintenance: Maintain positive relationships with local communities, suppliers, and stakeholders to uphold the hotel’s brand image in alignment with group standards. Data and Reporting: Submit regular operational data, financial reports, and compliance updates to group headquarters, ensuring transparency and adherence to standards. Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in hotel management or a related field. Work Experience: Over 10 years of experience in star-rated hotels, with at least 5 years in senior management roles (General Manager/Deputy General Manager). Proven track record of successfully executing group brand standards and financial budgets. Experience in Southeast Asia or multinational hotel operations is preferred. Professional Skills: Thorough understanding of hotel department service standards and operational processes, with the ability to strictly implement group guidelines. Strong team leadership skills, adept at motivating and supervising teams to achieve goals. Excellent crisis management and cross-departmental coordination abilities. Exceptional execution skills to efficiently implement group policies and standards. Cross-cultural adaptability, suitable for working in Southeast Asia and China.
