EBRAND offers business solutions that make it easy to create, develop, and protect domains and brands online. As one of the industry leaders, we have offices and experts in over 10 European countries and are constantly growing. We are currently looking for an employee to search and analyze social media posts and operate a dedicated platform.What will you be responsible for?
  • downloading data and processing it using a proprietary platform and monitoring tools,
  • analyzing mentions, tags, hashtags, and keywords related to the brand, logo, products, and protected content,
  • verifying and moderating data for intellectual property infringements, such as counterfeits, unauthorized use of logos, copyrighted content, or trademarks,
  • monitoring trends in intellectual property infringements on social media and improving methods for identifying such threats,
  • developing monitoring systems and adapting keywords and filters to the dynamically changing social media environment,
  • working on optimizing moderation processes and using tools that automate the identification of infringements.
What should you be able to do?
  • search for information and navigate the internet with ease,
  • be familiar with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) and be able to analyze and process data from them,
  • English at B2 level,
  • use MS Excel / Google Spreadsheet / OpenOffice. Previous relevant work experience would be an advantage!!
