- 跟蹤并監(jiān)督生產進度，確保按期交付。
- 溝通協(xié)調相關方，預防和控制生產過程中拖期風險，采取相應措施確保按期交付。
- 跟進并確保我們的合作伙伴和供應商遵守我們的質量標準。
- 跟蹤并記錄質量差異，并持續(xù)改進質量。
- 監(jiān)督和指導我們的合作伙伴和供應商的焊工/油漆工/組裝和測試工人。
- 根據(jù)停工待檢點（檢查表）對鋼結構/油漆/部件和設備進行檢查并最終交付。
- 與船級社檢驗員和/或客戶一起進行鋼結構/涂裝/測試/FAT檢查。
- 與我們的工程師密切合作，以開發(fā)質量和生產流程。
- 就技術問題向合作伙伴/供應商提供生產支持。
- 報告停工待檢點的檢查記錄。
- 支持調試團隊和服務團隊解決與產品相關的問題。
- 支持預防或解決質量問題，推動供應商質量和業(yè)績的持續(xù)改進。
- 根據(jù)質量控制計劃（QCP）對供應商進行產品/過程監(jiān)督審核。
- 必要時對供應商和次級供應商進行技術評估和調查。
- 管理糾正措施決議，領導和驗證不合格產品的糾正措施/預防措施的實施和審計結果。
- Follow up and supervise production progress, ensure product delivery on time.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant parties, prevent and control the risk of product delay during production process, take action to ensure product delivery on time.
- Follow up and look after that our partners and suppliers are following our quality standards.
- Follow up and record quality divergences and work with continuous quality improvements.
- Supervise and guide the welders/painters/assembling and test workers at our partners & suppliers.
- Perform inspection of steel structures/painting/ components and equipment and final delivery according to holding points (checklists).
- Perform steel structures/painting/ test/ FAT inspections together with Class surveyors and/or customers.
- Close co-operation with our engineers in order to develop the quality and production process.
- Production support to our partners/suppliers regarding technical questions.
- Report the inspection record of holding points.
- Support commissioning team and service team for product related questions.
- Support to prevent or resolve quality issues. Drive continuous improvement of supplier’s quality and fulfillment.
- Conduct Product/Process Surveillance Audits with suppliers according to Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Conduct technical assessment and surveys on suppliers and sub-tiers as necessary.
- Manage Corrective Action Resolution, lead and verify the Corrective action/preventive action implementation for non-conforming products and audit findings.
Job requirement:
- 船舶、機械、液壓、電氣相關專業(yè)，大專或以上學歷
- 工作經驗不限
- 有意愿在機械制造相關的質量控制、質量管理等方面發(fā)展
- 謙虛謹慎，愿意在工作中學習
- 優(yōu)秀的人際交往能力
- 英語聽說讀寫熟練
-College degree or above in marine, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical related majors
-Unlimited work experience
-Willing to develop in quality control and quality management related to mechanical manufacturing
-Be modest and prudent and willing to learn from work
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
