職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
  • Responsible for working out the annual and monthly maintenance plan for tooling and analyzing the tooling problems. 負(fù)責(zé)制定年度、月度工裝維護(hù)計(jì)劃并對(duì)工裝問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析
  • Supervise and check the implementing of maintenance plan for tooling, continuously adjust and improve the maintenance plan for tooling. 監(jiān)督、檢查工裝維護(hù)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行，并做持續(xù)調(diào)整和改進(jìn)；
  • Establish and timely maintain the tooling machine account and archives. 建立工裝臺(tái)帳和工裝檔案并及時(shí)維護(hù)
  • Work out and timely update the process documents. 制定并及時(shí)更新工藝文件
  • Check the implementing for the process work instruction, the work instruction for tooling maintenance and the work instruction for reworking. 檢查工藝操作指導(dǎo)書(shū)、工裝維護(hù)操作指導(dǎo)書(shū)和返修操作指導(dǎo)書(shū)的執(zhí)行
  • Work out the reworking schemes and optimization. 制訂返修方案并優(yōu)化
  • Draw up the emergency plans for tooling in key work stations 編制關(guān)鍵工位的工裝應(yīng)急計(jì)劃
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement for tooling and process. 負(fù)責(zé)工裝和工藝的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
  • Regular analyze the production capacity and operators headcount. 定期的產(chǎn)能分析和人員數(shù)量分析
  • Organize to analyze the quality problems with department colleagues and put forward the improvement schemes. 組織部門(mén)內(nèi)部對(duì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的分析并提出改進(jìn)方案
  • Solve the quality problems in production process via design all kinds of error proofing. 通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)各種防錯(cuò)去解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題
  • Responsible for working out and updating the standard working hours. 負(fù)責(zé)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)的制訂和更新
  • Optimize the process of production line via analysis and continuous improvement for the application of ergonomics. 通過(guò)對(duì)人機(jī)工程應(yīng)用的分析和持續(xù)改進(jìn)去優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)線的工藝過(guò)程。
  • Reduce the operation time of bottleneck working station and improve the production efficiency via analysis for the balance of production line. 通過(guò)生產(chǎn)線平衡的分析，縮短瓶頸工位時(shí)間，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
  • Work out the schemes of reducing manufacturing costs related to process and lead implement these schemes. 制訂工藝相關(guān)的制造成本降低方案，并主導(dǎo)這些方案的實(shí)施
任職要求：
  • Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing system and electrical engineering. 本科及以上學(xué)歷在機(jī)械、工業(yè)、制造系統(tǒng)和電氣方面；
  • More than 3 years’ work experiences in manufacturing industry as manufacturing / industrial engineer
3年及以上制造業(yè)制造工程師或工業(yè)工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  • Experiences in fixtures and tooling management. 夾具和工裝管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  • Able to operate Auto CAD Software and well versed in Office application software (eg. Word, Excel and Power Point and etc.)
能操作CAD并且精通Office 軟件。
  • Be familiar with lean production.
熟悉精益生產(chǎn)
  • Be familiar with quality system.
熟悉質(zhì)量體系
  • Able to work in English. 能夠用英語(yǔ)工作；
