PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES：
1. Lead & Support initial feasibility and attractiveness assessments of deal target
2. Lead the valuation analysis and finance modeling
3. Lead to maintain Deal Project Data management
4. Support & Lead to decide & review finance DD progress
5. Support to build business case (financial plan) & integration synergy analysis
6. Support to coordinate required cross-functional inputs/external FA, CPA & Law firm
7. Support deal pipeline development
8. Support the deal execution & potential to lead project
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE：
1. Dedication to work mindset; A true optimistic character
2. Bachelor degree above, Finance knowledge is a must. Degree in Finance preferred; qualified for CPA (accounting + finance analysis) or similar certificates highly preferred
3. 1-5 years of relevant work experience in finance analysis
4. Financial modeling, financial analysis, accounting or typical auditing skills
5. Extra merits: PRC/English law knowledge; Gas/Process industry knowledge
