The Role
As a Vice President/Director at Nordic Match, you will be an integral part of the formation of Nordic Match ?s future. Your main responsibility is to take the role as a project leader in successfully executing the firm ?s M&A mandates. You have a wealth of experience in executing mid-market cross-border M&A, financing deals. In addition, you will take part in building the next growth phase of the firm, both operationally and strategically.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
1) Taking the full execution responsibility of the M&A & Strategy projects from start to closing;
2) You will be expected to not only deliver business results. Growing other people is just as important; § Developing existing Euro-Asia relationships and building new meaningful ones;
3) Conceptualizing, organizing, processing and delivering new mandates for potential transactions;
4) Finding new strategic angles to leverage our Nordic know-how in China and vice versa
Requirements:
1) +8 years M&A experience from IBD / Big Four / Buyside;
2) Must possess a strong track record of executing financing and/or M&A transactions, preferably in a cross-border environment;
3) Thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment and make continuous impact;
4) Excel in finance, accounting and financial modelling and have good business acumen;
5) A natural leader with positive mindset, a teamplayer who is not afraid of getting his/her hands dirty;
6) Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written;
7) High attention to detail, strong communication skills
