崗位職責(zé):Key Responsibilities
1. 質(zhì)量體系與流程管理 Quality System & Process Management
1.1 負(fù)責(zé)公司質(zhì)量程序與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立、驗(yàn)證、維護(hù)與優(yōu)化,確保其有效實(shí)施。
Establish,validate, maintain, and optimize company quality procedures and standards to ensure effective implementation.
1.2定期更新并維護(hù)公司所有過程列表及所有程序文件的最新版本,確保文件受控并易于獲取。
Regularly update and maintain the master list of all processes and the latest versions of all procedural documents, ensuring documents are controlled and accessible.
1.3 制定并維護(hù)各產(chǎn)品檢查指南,確保檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確、統(tǒng)一。
Develop and maintain product inspection guidelines for all products to ensure clear and consistent inspection criteria.
1.4 管理客戶索賠流程,組織根本原因分析,制定糾正與預(yù)防措施,并跟蹤至閉環(huán),維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系。
Manage customer claim processes, organize root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions, and track them to closure to maintain customer relationships.
2. 內(nèi)部審計(jì)與合規(guī) Internal Audit & Compliance
2.1 策劃、組織并執(zhí)行內(nèi)部質(zhì)量審計(jì),跟蹤整改措施,確保體系持續(xù)符合ISO等質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及內(nèi)部要求。
Plan,organize, and conduct internal quality audits, track corrective actions, and ensure the system continually meets ISO and other quality standards as well as internal requirements.
2.2 負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)對外部審計(jì)與認(rèn)證審核。
Responsible for managing external audits and certification assessments.
3. 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制 Product Quality Control
3.1 組織并監(jiān)督樣品驗(yàn)證、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)及缺陷列表的管理,確保問題可追溯、可分析。
Organize and oversee sample validation, quality inspections, and the anagement of the defect list, ensuring issues are traceable and analyzable.
3.2 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量報(bào)告的編制與分析,定期向管理層匯報(bào)質(zhì)量績效。
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of quality reports, regularly reporting quality performance to management.
4. 供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理 Supplier Quality Management
4.1 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商批準(zhǔn)流程,組織評估與審核。
Manage the supplier approval process, organizing evaluations and audits.
4.1 管理原材料質(zhì)量認(rèn)證,確保來料符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Manage raw material quality certification to ensure incoming materials meet standards.
4.2 收集并評估外協(xié)供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量報(bào)告,推動供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
Collect and evaluate quality reports from outsourcing suppliers, driving supplier quality improvement.
5. 質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)分析與改進(jìn) Quality Data Analysis & Improvement
5.1 編制并分析拒收原因周報(bào)、返工原因周報(bào),推動糾正與預(yù)防措施。
Prepare and analyze weekly reports on rejection causes and rework causes, driving corrective and preventive actions.
5.2 監(jiān)控非質(zhì)量成本,提出降低質(zhì)量損失的方案。
Monitor the Non-Quality Costs and propose solutions to reduce quality losses.
5.3 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量工具(如8D、5Why、PDCA等)推動流程優(yōu)化與問題解決。
Lead continuous improvement projects using quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, PDCA) to drive process optimization and problem resolution.
6. 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與培訓(xùn) Team Collaboration & Training
6.1 與生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)、采購等部門協(xié)作,確保質(zhì)量要求融入各業(yè)務(wù)流程。
Collaborate with Production, R&D, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure quality requirements are integrated into all business processes.
6.2 組織質(zhì)量培訓(xùn),提升全員質(zhì)量意識與能力。
Organize quality training to enhance company-wide quality awareness and
capabilities.
崗位要求:Qualifications
1) 本科及以上學(xué)歷,質(zhì)量管理、工程類、制造類或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering,
Manufacturing, or a related field.
2) 5年以上制造業(yè)或相關(guān)行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少2年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
3) 具備完整的質(zhì)量管理體系(如ISO9001、IATF16949等)建立、維護(hù)及審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in establishing, maintaining, and auditing complete quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
4) 精通質(zhì)量工具與方法(如SPC、FMEA、MSA、APQP等)。
Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA,
MSA, APQP).
5) 熟悉原材料認(rèn)證、供應(yīng)商管理流程。
Familiar with raw material certification and supplier management
processes.
6) 具備出色的數(shù)據(jù)分析、報(bào)告撰寫和英語閱讀寫作能力,能英語口語交流者更佳。
Possesses strong data analysis, report writing, and English reading and writing skills; candidates with English speaking ability are preferred.
7) 熟練使用辦公軟件、質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)(QMS)和ERP系統(tǒng)。
Proficient in office software, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ERP
systems.
8) 嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,具備強(qiáng)烈的問題分析與解決能力。
Meticulous, with strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
