工作職責(zé) Responsibility
1. 負(fù)責(zé)貨柜房項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)裝監(jiān)控，確保項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)裝可以按時(shí)按質(zhì)按量完成
Be responsible for monitoring internal decoration of container house products; make sure the decoration of the project can be finished as required timeline, quality and quantity.
2.負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)貨柜房項(xiàng)目的品質(zhì)管理與監(jiān)控，具體如下：
Be responsible for the quality control and supervision of container house project whole decoration process, details as follows:
1）協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理制定成品的內(nèi)裝質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)流程與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Assist PM to make the inspection procedure and standard for inspecting finished goods.
2）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)品質(zhì)監(jiān)控，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，提出糾正預(yù)防措施及長(zhǎng)期改善方案反饋給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及挪威品質(zhì)經(jīng)理，并在項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施有效方案。
Control the quality on site and discover problems in time, provide corrective actions and improvement plans to PM and Norwegian quality manager, and implement effective solutions to fix the problems in the project.
3）負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的驗(yàn)貨計(jì)劃，按要求進(jìn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及內(nèi)裝修的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)。
Be responsible for the inspection of steel structure and decoration part according to PM’s inspection plan and related requirements.
4）協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理對(duì)裝修材料質(zhì)檢文件、材料樣板進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)整理
Assist PM to file the material certification documents and material samples.
5）協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理歸檔過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)文檔
Assist PM to file the process inspection documents.
3.參與技術(shù)方案討論與改進(jìn)。
Participate the technical issues and solutions discussion and improvement.
4.與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、中山辦公室、制造工廠等項(xiàng)目相關(guān)方保持暢順、專(zhuān)業(yè)的溝通，確保項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施。
Keep good and professional communication with container house project related parties like PM, ZS office and manufacturing factory, to make sure the project is smoothly implemented.
5.協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成其它相關(guān)貨柜房項(xiàng)目的任務(wù)
Assist PM to finish others assignments related to container house project.
任職資格 Qualification
教育水平 Education level：本科以上學(xué)歷 Bachelor Degree or Above
專(zhuān)業(yè)/Major： 機(jī)械制造，機(jī)電工程，水電暖通等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) Mechanical\Water Electricity\HVAC or related majors
經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience：
1.兩年或以上房屋室內(nèi)裝修相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉裝修工程工序安排，對(duì)室內(nèi)裝修涉及的電路，給排水，通風(fēng)，等均有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可以監(jiān)控室內(nèi)裝修的進(jìn)度，并控制工程質(zhì)量。
Two years or above related experience in House Decoration Project Management, familiar with decoration procedure arrangement, have related experience on electricity, water, ventilation, etc. Can monitor decoration procedure and control the quality.
2.有公寓、酒店等高檔精裝修項(xiàng)目主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮
Project leader experience in apartment/hotel refined decoration is preferred.
技能知識(shí) Skill:
必要項(xiàng)目Must Items:
1.工科背景，對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、焊接有一定了解，必須掌握CAD制圖，會(huì)看圖
Engineering background. Understanding of steel structure and welding.Must master CAD drawing and be able to read the drawings
2.熟悉房屋內(nèi)裝質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Familiar with the quality control standard requirements of house interior decoration.
3.熟悉房屋的室內(nèi)裝修工藝質(zhì)量與材料，熟悉房屋室內(nèi)裝修進(jìn)度管控，對(duì)室內(nèi)裝修各工序，如水電，通風(fēng)，油漆等有相關(guān)知識(shí)
Know well in house decoration on technique quality and material, familiar on interior decoration schedule controlling, has related knowledge on each process of decoration, including water & electricity, ventilation, painting etc.
4.英文讀寫(xiě)良好，能讀懂英文工程圖，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能進(jìn)行基本交流
Good written & reading English for work communication. Basic communication in oral English.
優(yōu)先項(xiàng)目 Preferred Items:
1.有模塊化建筑行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者集裝箱房制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或者建筑裝修監(jiān)理業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Experience in modular construction industry or container building manufacturing industry, or experience in building decoration supervision industry is preferred
2.精通水電、暖通裝修優(yōu)先考慮
Familiar with water/electricity/HVAC is preferred.
