工作職責(zé)：
● Carryout EHS policy to make sure employee daily working in safety environment.
負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行EHS政策，確保員工在安全環(huán)境中的日常工作。
● Execute improvements action for the production processes in order to guarantee the quality of the products,
對生產(chǎn)過程實(shí)施改進(jìn)行動(dòng)，以保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
● Show a strong requirement towards quality requests to all employees.
對所有員工的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求表示強(qiáng)烈的要求。
● Organize the teams in order to guarantee the respect of the production planning and therefore deliver on-time the product.
組織團(tuán)隊(duì)，以保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃得到實(shí)施，從而按時(shí)交付產(chǎn)品。
● Set-up the needed actions in order to reduce the production MFG time year by year considering the same efficiency.
基于相同的效率，制定所需的改進(jìn)行動(dòng)以便逐年減少生產(chǎn)制造時(shí)間。
● Operational management of the team in order to develop its skills and improve its efficiency.
協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)的運(yùn)營管理，提高團(tuán)隊(duì)的技能以提高團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作效率。
● Check production work according to operation plan, ensure production plan be finished on time
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃檢查生產(chǎn)工作，確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃按時(shí)完成。
● Coordinate and organize other departments to guarantee the safe and smooth production
協(xié)調(diào)組織其他部門確保安全平穩(wěn)的生產(chǎn)。
● Build up and perform safety production, organize safety check and make control plan
建立和執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)，組織安全檢查并制定控制計(jì)劃。
● According to company quality management & HSE management policy, lead Machining department to improve quality, cost and delivery performance
根據(jù)公司質(zhì)量管理和HSE管理政策，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)械加工部門提高質(zhì)量、成本和交貨能力。
● Apply the standard work and Kaizen activities in machining cells according to lean production systems (TPM & SMED), to improve the quality and productivities with measurable KPIs
根據(jù)精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)（TPM和SMED）在機(jī)械加工單元中應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)和Kaizen活動(dòng)，以利用可測量的KPI提高質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)率。
● In Charge of enhance operator performance identification and, follow up and continuously improvement
負(fù)責(zé)增強(qiáng)一線員工績效表現(xiàn)，跟蹤并持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
職位要求：
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
● 本科學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程專業(yè)。
● Strong and proven working knowledge of production tools and processes, and CNC environments.
● 具有較強(qiáng)的生產(chǎn)工具和工藝知識，熟悉CNC環(huán)境。
● Minimum 10 years’ experience of working experience
● 10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Minimum 5 years’ experience in the production management function
● 5年以上生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
