我司是一家紐約知名童裝品牌，現(xiàn)需在廣州辦公室招聘一位全職服裝設(shè)計(jì)助理。該崗位需與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，負(fù)責(zé)從開(kāi)發(fā)到生產(chǎn)階段的工藝單、樣衣清單，面輔料、產(chǎn)前樣及船樣等的批復(fù)工作。
需具備服裝款式圖、面料結(jié)構(gòu)、色彩特性及測(cè)試方法的相關(guān)知識(shí)，有童裝及法規(guī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。該職位一經(jīng)錄用即刻入職，直接向生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行副總裁匯報(bào)，并提供大量學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。公司氛圍溫暖融洽、崇尚團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，相互成長(zhǎng)，業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展穩(wěn)健且持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。
工作職責(zé)：
? 使用Adobe-lllustrator 繪制款式圖及制作工藝單，并為PDM完善工藝單
? 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)指示從市場(chǎng)采購(gòu)面輔料
? 為各顏色款式分配款號(hào)及顏色代碼
? 為各品牌制定樣衣清單
? 根據(jù)各尺碼調(diào)整圖案尺寸
? 學(xué)習(xí)不同客戶的面料及輔料審批流程與要求并跟進(jìn)執(zhí)行
? 管理生產(chǎn)面輔料合規(guī)性及童裝相關(guān)法規(guī)（CPSIA）的實(shí)施
? 核驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供的面料品質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)、成分、克重、手感及洗水效果，并更新技術(shù)包
? 在寄送設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)確認(rèn)前，安排/審核色樣、印花樣、大貨面輔料、產(chǎn)前樣及船樣
? 及時(shí)向主管匯報(bào)問(wèn)題并與團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作解決
? 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)并記錄面輔料審批狀態(tài)
? 提供大貨面料成分用于洗水標(biāo)制作
? 完整保存款式圖、工藝單及批復(fù)的面輔料記錄以備后續(xù)訂單參考
? 整合包裹并寄送至美國(guó)辦公室
任職要求：
? 精通款式圖繪制、面料結(jié)構(gòu)、色彩特性及測(cè)試方法
? 具有CPSIA法規(guī)實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 至少3-5年設(shè)計(jì)與面料經(jīng)驗(yàn)，童裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
? 需持有服裝設(shè)計(jì)/設(shè)計(jì)本科學(xué)位
? 必須具備極強(qiáng)的細(xì)節(jié)把控力、條理性及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
? 中英文書(shū)面及口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力優(yōu)秀
? 熟練運(yùn)用Illustrator、Photoshop及Office辦公軟件
? 具備跨項(xiàng)目/產(chǎn)品線的多任務(wù)處理能力

Well-known Childrenswear brand located in New York City
seeks a highly organized and motivated individual as a full-time Product Development Coordinator located in GuangZhou office, China. The role is to work with the design team on tech pack, sample list, fabric/trim, pp, and top approval from development to production.

Knowledge of garment sketch, fabric construction, color
character, and testing methods is needed, and experience with Children's garments and regulations a big plus. This
position is available immediately and reports directly to the EVP of Production with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Join a warm, friendly, team-oriented environment at a growing and stable company.

Job Responsibilities:

Create sketch and tech pack from Illustrator template, and finalize TP for PDM.
Source fabrics/trims from market following design's instruction.
Sign for a style number and color code for each color.
Make sample list for each brand.
Size artwork to fit each body size.
Learn the fabric and component approval process and requirements of each customer account and follow-through.
Manage the production fabric & component compliance and implementation relating to childrenswear (CPSIA) regulations.
Verify fabric quality, construction, content, weight, hand-feel, and wash effect received from design team and update TP.
Arrange/Preview lab dip, S/O, production fabric/trim, PP, Top with factory before sending to design team for approval comment.
Report issues to supervisor and working them out with the team in a timely and efficient manner.
Track and keeping component approvals on production schedule.
Provide production fabric content for care content label.
Maintain a clear record of sketch, TP, approved components for future order reference.
Consolidate and ship package to USA office.

Job Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of sketch, fabric construction, color character, and testing methods.
Experience with CPSIA regulations.
Minimal 1-3 years of design and fabric experience required; experience with childrenswear a big plus.
Undergraduate degree in fashion design required.
Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and a team player
Excellent written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese.
Proficient in illustrator, Photo Shop, Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multi-task at various levels across project/product lines.
