? Proficient in Databricks with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data processing workflows, Delta Lake, and Spark-based analytics solutions.
? Strong architectural understanding, experience with Ali/AWS/Azure cloud data architectures is highly preferred.
? Demonstrated experience in end-to-end data migration projects, including legacy system modernization, cross-cloud data migration, and post-migration optimization.
? Solid technical background in ADF and Informatica, with proven ability to build, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise-level data integration pipelines.
? Team management experience
? Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of effectively collaborating with global stakeholders and presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
? Familiarity with data governance, data quality tools, and cloud security best practices is a plus.
