How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be developing the HBU and company cost out strategy, and translating into specific and solid cost out initiatives combined with the business development about product, project and functions.
2. You will organize the cost out idea collection and evaluation, work with function managers to trigger detailed cost out actions or initiatives.
3. You will support each HCCO initiative team to implement smoothly with the positive cost saving impact to the financial bottom line as the program schedule.
4. You will monitor the execution of cost out initiatives, and push to sustain the improvement actions into working processes.
5. You will analyze the cost structures and resource consumption about product, project and function. Continually look for more cost out opportunities to enhance the improvement pool.
6. You will teach and support the application of PG Relex improvement project, coach & mentor continuous im-provement specialists about the hard cash cost out.
7. You will teach continuous improvement thinking & leads many Kaizen, JDI events daily. Building the cost out culture and identify savings opportunities for all types of energy consumption in the company and drive related departments to improve the way they use energy to achieve energy saving goals.
8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree with Manufacturing or management education background, familiar with cost structure and whole value chain process.
2. Required with 7+ years of experience in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, operation, supply chain, sales and marketing, quality and process improvements. The financial knowledge is necessary, such as cost accounting, management accounting, etc..
3. Experience in challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements.
4. Leading teams through influence without authority, Strong leadership and ownership, Positive and passionate, Strong problem solving skills & Strategic and overall thinking.
5. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma strategies and principles will be prefer.
6. Clearly understands success factors, market requirements, customer demand, threats and opportunities of supported business and markets.
7. Able to efficiently multi-task initiatives such as trainings, kaizens, follow up activities, reports etc.
8. Able to effectively lead kaizen, PDCA events to support business needs with Good project Management and communication skills, Mentors team leaders, team members and supervisors and good experience about the change management.
9. Effective communicator at various levels of the organization (from business leadership to employees on factory floor)
10.Knowledge of energy management, insight and analytical ability.
